NOW HIRING: Full-Time Administrative Assistant

This position involves direct interaction with customers, assisting with product knowledge, and design. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure outstanding customer service.

Job Duties: 
  • Assist customers with selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and customer correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and installations.
  • Eagerness to learn industry-specific software.

Requirements:
  • Experience in flooring sales and construction is a valued asset.
  • Store hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. The team collaborates on hours worked including rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm with a day off during the week a Saturday is worked.
  • Paid time off includes:
    • New Years Day
    • Memorial Day - three day weekend
    • July 4th
    • Labor Day - three day weekend, 
    • Thanksgiving
  • Two week vacation after one year
  • Health insurance 50% of premium paid after 6 month trial period.

Salary:
$60,000 - negotiable based on experience
